Hua Hin District (Thai: หัวหิน, IPA: [hǔə hǐn]) is one of eight districts (amphoe) of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province in the northern part of the Malay Peninsula in Thailand.

Once a quiet fishing village, Hua Hin grew into a fashionable escape for residents of Bangkok after the 1920s, when the Thai royal family built summer palaces here. Hua Hin Beach, popular for kitesurfing and other water sports, is the main stretch of sand, lined with high-end hotels and seafood shacks.

Hua Hin is an ideal city for wonderful vacations and permanent living, situated just 2 hours from Bangkok. The population of 90,000 people, has a large expat community with a broad mixture of nationalities headed by Scandinavians. There are a wide range of local and western shopping facilities, a variety of international and Thai restaurants as well as many sports activities including Golf, Kite surfing and other water sports. For the golfer, Hua Hin is a wonderful place to go, with more than 10 golf courses of international standard. Education facilities are excellent for families with children considering permanent settlement.

The climate is brilliant, since its is close to the ocean, fresh air and no pollution is normal in Hua Hin. Where ever you wish to settle down in the region, you can enjoy a great nature with beaches and green hill sides and still you will be able to go shopping, dining, golfing.

Cha-Am District (Thai: ชะอำ, rtgs: Cha-am, pronounced [t͡ɕʰāʔām]) is a district (amphoe) in the southern part of Phetchaburi Province, western Thailand. The district was established in 1897 in the name of Na Yang. In 1914 the centre of the district was moved to Ban Nong Chok (now in Tha Yang district) and its name was changed to Nong Chok District. After World War II, the government moved the office to tambon Cha-Am and also changed the district name to Cha-Am.

Cha-Am is a beach resort town along the Gulf of Thailand and is known among Thai families for being a weekend destination within driving distance from the capital.
